You can use the public calculators without registration. If you email support@calculateservercost.com, we receive the address and information you choose to include so we can respond.
Do not send secrets or sensitive AWS account data. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the request, security, legal obligations and service improvement.
Technical information
Hosting providers may process standard technical logs such as IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent and error information for security, reliability and abuse prevention. Calculator inputs may be processed transiently to retrieve public pricing; the initial application does not provide user accounts or saved estimate history.
The site does not intentionally add advertising trackers or cross-site marketing cookies. Essential infrastructure may use short-lived technical data needed to deliver and protect the service.
Third parties and security
AWS supplies public pricing data and hosting infrastructure processes web requests. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We use reasonable technical controls, data minimization and access restrictions, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
